PATIENCE

The aim of this game is to get all of the cards in the pack into piles of their different suits. There are four suits, and there are separate stacks for each suit. The first card is the ace, followed by the 2, the 3 and so on.
Cards cannot be placed in the suit stacks straight from the main pack – you must use intermediate stacks to transfer them. There are seven of these intermediate stacks. You can only place cards from the main pack on these intermediate stacks if the last card on each stack is of the next highest value and the opposite colour to the card you want to place on it. For example, on the jack of clubs you could place the 10 of hearts or the 10 of diamonds. Or on the 3 of hearts you could place the 2 of clubs or the 2 of spades.
Cards can also be moved from one intermediate stack to another. If one of these stacks is emptied – meaning there are no cards in it any more – you can start a new stack, but only with a king.

Points:

For every new game you start (by clicking on the New Game button) 200 points are taken away from your score.
If you can place a card from the main pack or an intermediate stack on one of the four suit stacks (which you can do by double clicking), you get 10 points.
If you move a card from the suit stacks to one of the intermediate stacks, 15 points is taken away from your score.
If you place a card from the main pack on one of the intermediate stacks, you get 5 points.
If you reveal a new card in one of the intermediate stacks (by clicking on the card), you get 5 points.
